Reaction Mechanisms

[Baulch et al. (1994a)] (see Section 3.1.3), [Frenklach et al. (1995)], and [Miller and Bowman (1989)] mechanisms contain appropriate hydrocarbon species to be applied to CH4-O2-N2 reactions. The [Hunter et al. (1994)] and [Seery and Bowman (1970)] mechanisms are only good for methane - oxygen reactions (no nitrogen), although [Hunter et al. (1994)] includes a large number of hydrocarbon reactions. [Frenklach and Bornside (1984)] and [Frenklach et al. (1992)] also have a large number of hydrocarbon reactions but no nitrogen chemistry.
