Elsworth data, used by Knystautas (at32), is from Bull (79) paper, which

Add large hydrocarbon cell widths from Tieszen et al. 1991 paper.  JES 2-12-97

The graphs in fig.45 of Voitsekhovskii (66) appear to be switched
(H2-O2 and C2H2-O2).  Checking vs. Denisov and Troshin (60) confirms
this.  The reproductions in Strehlow (69b), fig. 5b and Knystautas (82),
